| How Dare They? |
Stumbled across this piece of news here. To sum it up, Bahamas and Cayman Islands have banned gay travellers. That is crazy and ridiculous! Where do they think the money is from? From tourism!!! It's not like they can survive on sugar cane plantation, cigar selling or paddling of chicklets to survive, their country needs tourists and yet recently they did not allow Rosie O'Donnell's gay cruise to dock at the Bahamas. A gay couple also sustained skull fractures from brutal beating in the Caribbean Island of St Maarten. Well, definitely crossing them out of my future travel plans, they can rot in hell and destoyed by an epidemic outbreak, aargh!
On the other hand, Curacao is uber gay friendly and even have a website promoting it. |

it is sad and religion plays a huge part in the mentality.
Curacao may well be our next sun destination next winter :)
