Monday, July 23, 2007 One Confusing Movie Sunday night we stayed in, made tandoori and watched Sandra Bullock's latest DVD Premonition. This is one confusing movie! Filmed somewhat like Memento except the days are out of sequence. Sandra plays Linda Hanson, a mother of 2, wife to Mr. Nip/Tuck, somewhat unhappy in her marriage, was told her husband died in a tragic car accident, and she then starts to live her days but out of sync. She would wake up one day with her husband dead, the next day he's alive. Reminded me of Butterfly Effect except not as good. I am still trying to understand the movie but the moral of the story is not all lost on me; if you knew that tragedy will happen and you are able to go back in time to change it but the pain might be worse had the tragedy not happen, would you then still go back and alter it?
